Leandro Vieira

Leandro Vieira began training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at the age of 5 w/ this brothers Leo and Rico Vieira in Brazil. Professor Leandro received his black belt from Professor Romero Cavalanti. Currently, he travels worldwide and teaches his own Dojo located in Morgan Hill, CA – Prisma Jiu Jitsu by Leandro Vieira. In addition to being co-founder of CheckMat, he has made a name for himself both as a competitor and instructor to many UFC superstars and Jiu Jitsu practitioners worldwide. Professor Leandro is a 4th Degree Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Professor Leandro is actively teaching daily, and is the Ground Control Brazilian Jiu Jitsu / CheckMat Central California Program Director.
